Payroll Taxes—State and Federal income taxes, social security with an employer match, Medicare with an employer match and State/Federal unemployment taxes are an anticipated byproducts by government from employers. Retirement—New Jerseyans who work hard and pay into the system deserve to retire with dignity. The union carpenter pension and annuity fund allows that to happen. This self-paid system affords the people who built our State the opportunity to retire here and enjoy the fruits of their labor. NJ Carpenter Funds.
Volunteerism—Every day, union carpenters and contractors volunteer by sharing their talents with community groups, non-profit organizations and for New Jerseyans in need.
