SUPERINTENDENT CAREER TRAINING PROGRAM
New Jersey's union contractors need more qualified superintendents. New Jersey's union carpenters want to advance their careers to the next level. NJCCT is responding to both requests with a big hand from the United Brotherhood of Carpenters.
The United Brotherhood of Carpenters has developed a comprehensive superintendent training program using a unique educational method that includes carpenter and contractor participation. The Superintendent Career Training program (SCTP) is an 18-month course using a blend of on-the-job training (OJT), contractor mentoring and traditional classroom learning. Upon successful completion of the program key employees will develop their leadership and career skills enabling contractors to be more productive and competitive.
2008 Classes will be held February 7-9, May 15-17,
July 24-26 and October 23-25
